This comfortable apartment is perfect for up to five guests. It features two bedrooms—a master with a luxurious king-size bed and a second room with a single bed—plus a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two.
A large dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals and gathering together. Guests also have access to a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, adding convenience for longer stays.

Do you have a crib for a baby?

Yes we have. Upon request we can provide with one crib for baby with no extra cost. Crib is Pack and Play with inside dimensions 114x58x62 cm. Please note we do not provide the linen for the crib.

Is parking available on the property?

No. House is located in old part of city and suranded by pedestrian streeet only.
Closest parking is about 300 meters away. We suggest parking lot located on Parking Kragiceva Poljana (street parking, charges 7am-7pm, Sunday free) or Parking Stari Plac (street parking with ramp, charges 24h/7). From there you can walk to Radmilovica 4.

Are pets allowed in accommodation?

NO. We do not allow pets in our accommodation.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is from 3 PM.

Check-out time is until 10 AM.

Check-in and check-out is self serviced. Prior to your arrival you will receive all the instruction together with the private PIN code.

How do I check in to Iconic Apartment?

A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link for online check-in. Please fill out the information for all guests who will be staying in the apartment.

Once you’ve completed the check-in, you will receive detailed arrival instructions along with your PIN code. This code will grant you access to both the main entrance and the apartment door.

Arrival Instructions:

  • The entrance for Apartment 3 is at Leština 12, located on the back side of the house.
  • Look for the large green doors – you’ll enter directly from the street.
  • The PIN pad is on the right side of the door – enter your code to unlock and walk right in.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, depending on other reservations. Feel free to contact us closer to your arrival or departure date, and we’ll be happy to check. If available, we offer both options free of charge.

What appliances are included in the kitchen?

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an electric stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an ice-making machine, a Nescafé coffee machine, a water heater, and a toaster.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before arrival.

50% refund if cancelled 14 to 29 days before arrival.

No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.
