Consumer complaint
In accordance with Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), we inform our guests that they may submit a written consumer complaint related to the quality of our accommodation services.
How to Submit a Complaint

We kindly ask you to include the following information in your complaint:
- Your full name
- Contact details (email, phone number)
- Date of your stay or booking
- Description of the issue
Response Time
We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 15 days and provide a written response.
