House rules

In order to ensure you have a pleasant stay and avoid possible misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the house rules. By confirming your reservation, you agree that you are aware of the terms and conditions and that you will fully comply with them. Failure to adhere to the house rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the full charge for the stay, regardless of any early departure.

  • To enable the host to register the stay, upon arrival at the accommodation, guests must provide identification documents (passports or ID cards, voucher) for all persons and pay the remaining balance for the accommodation. The host will retain the identification documents only for the time necessary to complete the registration process.
  • During the stay, the host is available for any information and assistance. We suggest that guests immediately report any complaints regarding the quality of the accommodation to the host.
  • Guests are responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in the accommodation. The host is not obliged to clean or tidy up during the guests’ stay, nor to take out the trash.
  • The host is required to provide guests with bed linen, towels and toilet paper.
  • The host is not obligated or responsible for organizing leisure activities or entertainment for guests.
  • Guests must take care of their belongings and valuables left in the accommodation. The owner is not responsible for any loss. Guests are required to lock doors and close windows when leaving the accommodation.
  • The host has no right to enter the rented accommodation in the absence of the guests, except in special circumstances where entry is necessary to prevent danger or damage. The owner must inform the guest of the entry during the next contact. If the host reasonably suspects damage, the guests are obliged to allow the host to inspect the accommodation.
  • Pets are not allowed to be brought into the accommodation. Bringing pets without prior notice in the reservation is not allowed, and in such cases, the host and agency have the right to cancel the accommodation.
  • It is not allowed to bring weapons, flammable or explosive materials, substances with strong or unpleasant odors, or any food preparation equipment (kettles, etc.) or other electrical devices (fans, etc.) into the accommodation without the host’s permission.
  • Guests are asked to take care of the rented accommodation and treat the furniture and equipment both inside and outside the house with care. It is not allowed to move furniture from one room to another or take equipment from one accommodation unit to another, outside the house, or to the beach (e.g., chairs from the kitchen to the terrace, food preparation tools to another accommodation unit, towels or blankets from the apartment to the beach, etc.).
  • When leaving the accommodation, guests must close sunshades, turn off lights, electrical devices, and shut off water taps. Particular care should be taken to avoid leaving the air conditioning on when the guest is not in the accommodation, and it should not be used with open windows or doors. It is also prohibited to throw waste into toilets, sinks, or other places not designated for it, including immediate vicinity of the house.
  • Bringing non-registered persons into the interior or exterior of the accommodation is strictly prohibited. If non-registered persons are found, the host and agency have the right to cancel the accommodation for all guests. Guests from other apartments in the house or other houses not owned by the host do not have the right to stay in the accommodation unit without the host’s explicit permission.
  • Guests who intentionally or accidentally cause damage to the property will have to compensate the host for the full amount of the damage. The property owner may request a deposit for each reserved accommodation unit. The guest pays the deposit on the day of arrival at the accommodation. The deposit will be fully refunded to the guest on the day of departure if the accommodation unit is left in the same condition it was upon arrival. Information regarding the deposit payment and its amount can be found in the price list and voucher.
  • On the day of departure, guests must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM. The property should be left in the same condition as it was on the day of arrival – neat and undamaged.
  • From 22:00 to 7:30 is quiet hours, and from 14:00 to 17:00 is afternoon quiet time. Guests are asked not to disturb the host, neighbors, or other guests in the house during these times.
  • Guests who fail to comply with the house rules and disturb the peace may have their accommodation canceled. If the host or agency cancels the accommodation due to a violation of the house rules, the paid amount will not be refunded, regardless of the shortened stay.
  • By starting the use of the accommodation, it is assumed that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and conditions outlined here. Any disputes that cannot be resolved internally with the host or agency will be handled by the police or the court in Split. All complaints will only be considered if reported during the stay. Late complaints will not be taken into account.
