Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale govern the rental of accommodation units provided by Acavus d.o.o., a company registered in the Republic of Croatia, for properties located in Radmilovića 4, Split, Croatia (Varoš district).
By making a reservation through our website or by email, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

Booking Process
Reservations can be made via our website, which is connected to a third-party booking and property management platform (Rentlio), or by contacting us directly via email.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after we receive a deposit payment, and you receive a written confirmation from us via email.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT (where applicable).
- Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Cryptocurrency (USDC on supported networks – network details will be shared during booking)
- At least 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in or in case of no-show.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00 (3 PM)
- Check-out: by 10:00 (10 AM)
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability, but are not guaranteed.
House Rules
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the property
- Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded as stated in the booking details.
- Guests are required to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and comply with local regulations.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. In the event of any damage, Acavus d.o.o. reserves the right to charge the guest for repair or replacement costs.
Limitation of Liability
Acavus d.o.o. shall not be held liable for:
- Interruptions in services beyond our control (e.g. power outages, internet downtime, water supply interruptions)
- Events of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
Data Protection
Guest data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in line with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Split, Croatia.
